I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Last minute trip to Vancouver from London for a family emergency and Stanley was just amazing. He went above and beyond what I expected, he sorted my flights, he sent me links to the Canadian and US visa websites, he rang me back after I left a WhatsApp message questioning something and explained everything clearly.
